Each pouch has a raw (unwashed) Japanese denim base. From there it's a mix of Japanese and/or American fabric, which is how the playful name for the line - SUSHI & CORN - is relevant.
This one has a raw denim outer with exposed selvedge edges that create decorative stripes and gold thread topstitching (reminiscent of a pair of cuffed blue jeans), and uses light blue stiff cotton selvedge chambray fabric for its liner, which was made in the USA.
Hand stamped leather patch and pull tab, and an antiqued brass YKK zipper. Completely handmade and sewn usinga circa 1950 Singer 201-2 sewing machine in the outskirts of Portland, Oregon (PDX), USA.
