Pendleton x Japanese Arrows Pouch

Pendleton x Japanese Arrows Pouch

$70.00

SUSHI & CORN

Each pouch has a raw (unwashed) Japanese denim base. From there it's a mix of Japanese and/or American fabric, which is how the playful name for the line - SUSHI & CORN - is relevant.

This one has a dark blue/navy wool Pendleton fabric with a traditional Native American woven design outer and white topstitching, and lined with cotton printed fabric which was made in Japan. The traditional pattern here, called “yagasurimonyou” (矢絣文様), goes in one direction, symbolizing an arrow which only moves forward - never back.

Hand stamped leather patch and pull tab, and a shiny nickel YKK donut pull zipper. Completely handmade and sewn using a circa 1950 Singer 201-2 sewing machine in the outskirts of Portland, Oregon (PDX), USA.

Pouch outer dimensions:

L x H x W (at base) - 8” x 5.5” x 2.25”

Comes in a gift box.
